Vision: Be a light wherever God sent

Dear readers, Setelah cukup banyak mengisi blog ini dengan hal-hal yang berbau spiritualitas, SAP, dan Oracle.. Sekarang saya ingin berbagi sedikit pengalaman yang bagi saya pribadi adalah sebuah dunia yang baru . Setelah pengalaman di sistem telekomunikasi, sales & marketing, HR, dan advertising.. Sekarang saya menapaki hal baru dalam karir saya.. yaitu hal-hal yang berbau “Logistics & Warehousing” di sebuah perusahaan FMCG asing. Yup, “Logistics & Warehousing”. 29 April 2012, Catholic in all around the world has celebrate the Vocation week. Vocation could have different meanings for different people. Well, the challenging vocation is of course about to take the monastic life. In my life, I always try to plan what I want to achieve and bring it in my daily prayer to Him. Currently, most of my prayers have been answered by Him. Some of them are exactly what I want, and some of them are even better than I expect (God’s grace). I believe that God want us to have our vision that should be inline with His vision. Tonight, one of my friend that just passed the recruitment selection for Graduate Trainee at my current company ask me : “Erika, how to be brilliant among 100 people?” For seconds, I was silent. “Passion” adalah jalan bercabang dan tak berujung, namun saling terhubung. Ketika sang supir yang menggerakkan kemudi kendaraan yang bernama “Loyalitas”, ia membutuhkan “Integritas” sebagai bahan bakar untuk melajukan kendaraannya.
